Mr. Bergschneider, President of USA National Title Insurance Company, began his career in the title insurance industry in 1986. Having worked for Lawyers Title Insurance Company for two decades his experience in the industry allowed him to transition into the lending and mortgage industry as a California licensed loan officer and wholesale lender account specialist. Mr. Bergschneider worked with California residential lenders for a period of three years to help maintain and grow their business models in Southern California and in 2008 joined the management team that launched enTrust & Title, Ltd., the first escrow and title conveyance company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Bergschneider was instrumental in creating and developing the company’s title and escrow operations as well as in introducing these services to real estate and lending communities throughout the Middle East.
Throughout his career at Lawyers Title Bill held the positions of Title Officer, Senior Residential Title Officer, Advisory Title Officer and Operations Manager. Bill has been awarded multiple recognitions for excellent performance as well growth and profitability of the operations he has overseen.
